The day before Memorial Day 2023, I decided that I wanted a new BBQ grill. Ours was about 20 years old and rusted beyond belief. In fact, the rust was so bad, one of the lower doors just fell right off, with no help from me. We needed a new grill, and I was bound and determined to get one. "Not so fast" says the hubby. Where are you going to put it? The deck needs to be replaced first. It makes no sense to go buy a new grill and place in on a deck that is rotting from beneath." So that's where this "New deck" story begins. We decided the only way I was getting my new grill, was to commit to replacing the deck. So, on June 1, let the project begin. Stay
